Rowlinson Construction – The Crossings, Macclesfield

Rose was appointed by Rowlinson Construction to undertake the scaffolding for this difficult project situated in the centre of Macclesfield Town Centre.

There was plenty of challenges and obstacles to overcome including providing cantilevered access to allow site deliveries, a beamed span solution to allow a bridge replacement later in the project & a cantilevered solution over the River Bollin that runs directly through the middle of the site.

Our Layher system offers 100% flexibility and has provided a 1st class access scaffold suitable for multiple trades.

Our early in engagement in the project with Rowcon enabled us to provide design input at the critical stage to ensure when it came to the delivery all potential issues had been resolved.
