My day to day responsibilities include carrying out regular site audits ensuring standards are kept high. Liaising regularly with site management teams to see if improvements can be made when carrying out operations on site. Having regular dialogue with operatives on site to ensure a safe method of work and industry best practices are followed. I also deliver an up to date training programme ensuring all training needs are met within the company.

I have been at Rose since its inception in 2017 working on site and have recently integrated into the office as the training and safety manager.

🌟 What do you find most fulfilling about working at Rose System Scaffolding?

Since I started my new role I find learning a variety of new skills which is very fulfilling and also working closely with the Rose Management team.

🌟 Could you mention a project or achievement that you are particularly proud of during your time here?

Throughout my time working on site I worked with and mentored a number of young apprentices who have gone on to become capable scaffolders in their own right. I also along with another operative (Dale Cryne) delivered a very challenging project on the MRI hospital in Manchester (Project red) during my time working on site.
