This week our Managing Director James Brierley has been conducting some site audits/visits across several sites.
Our Directors and Senior Management Team regularly carry out audits across our sites ensuring our clients & workforce are happy, that work is being carried out safely, site folders/paperwork are up to date and materials are tidy/being properly managed on site.
Here’s what James had to say “It was great to get to site to engage with our workforce and customers alike. We have a hands-on approach with audits & site visits and ensure our management are visible across all our jobs to ensure our customers are receiving the service we strive to deliver. By engaging regularly and conducting audits it provides our customers with the confidence that work is being carried out correctly and recorded appropriately. Alongside our internal audits our H & S consultants Simian Risk carry out monthly site audits in addition. It was great to see our sites progressing with some great standards of scaffolding on show”.
