The Scheme
Hattersley Central encompasses four brownfield sites, mostly located off Hattersley Road East and Melandra Crescent. They total nearly eight acres. Altogether, it will see Onward delivering 161 homes, of which 55 will be designated affordable rent and 15 set aside for shared ownership.of multiple new build timber frame houses as well as large apartment complex.
Through careful planning and attention to detail we were able to erect the scaffolding efficiently and accurately with great results catering for all the steps, staggers and attached balconies attached in particuraly to the Apartment Block,
The Houses on the scheme are of Timber Frame construction & the Apartment Block is a traditional build with scaffold progressively erected in conjunction with Bricklayers & PC plank installers requirements.
Both schemes are to be ran concurrently with one another meaning we will have a heavy presence in Hattersley through 2023 and into 2024.
