Training Course with Des Moore

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Des Moore to our office to deliver some training to some of our team. Here at Rose, we pride ourselves in continually investing in our staff and their development.

Des first shared his knowledge and expertise on Layher Uks system scaffolding and followed this on with his “DM7: 7 Ways to Become an Effective Leader” course. We had 11 attend this course with a mixture of Site Foremen, Senior Leadership and trainees. All who attended found the course interesting and challenging.
