We've just wrapped up the final stage of our Yard improvement plan, transforming our semi-hard standing area into a fully hard standing space through concreting works over the Summer. This upgrade not only provides extra capacity for equipment storage but also enhances the working environment for our Yard operatives. 🙌

Huge thanks to Quantum Group Northwest Ltd for their hard work and professionalism during the process. With this complete, we're now gearing up to reorganise material layout, expand visitor parking, and reveal our Scaffold Demonstration Area. Stay tuned for more updates!

We've expanded our fleet with a Ford Transit pickup truck, enhancing our delivery and collection capabilities. 🙌

By utilising this smaller, more fuel-efficient vehicle, we're reducing our carbon footprint with an impressive average MPG of 44, compared to 11 for our larger wagons. This step aligns with our commitment to sustainability, and we're thrilled to take positive strides in our journey to becoming a more eco-friendly company. It was an honour to host Toby Cave from Strikesoft at our Safety Stand Down Day last month! 👏

Since 2017 & Rose’s formation it was decided to partner with Strikesoft as they provide a complete solution for Scaffold Management. In 2022 we collaborated with them on implementing the Strike Mobile to streamline our operations and enhance our customer service. This has been a huge success and is used on a regular basis.

This has allowed us to transition to a paperless system which has revolutionised our efficiency and document control, benefiting both our team and clients. Exciting developments lie ahead as we continue to work with Strikesoft to deliver top-notch service together! 📲

Exciting news! We have recently been awarded the scaffolding & access package for the new £27m Cheadle College project which includes new teaching facilities and upgraded sports facilities. 🙌

Our work includes providing Main Perimeter Access for the Masonry package, as well as internal access scaffolds like Staircase Access & Loading Tower solutions.

This college will offer specialised facilities for young people with SEND, T Levels in high-demand sectors such as health, care, and education and state-of-the-art laboratories to support the delivery of specialist academic and technical qualifications.

Our Sandymoor scheme at Rose System Scaffolding has been moving full throttle in recent months with two phases running in tandem. Our scope is to provide the external independent access for multiple trades along with loading towers & ladder access towers. 🙌

Hats off to Vistry and the exceptional Site Managers, especially Rob Bennett on Phase 3, who recently secured the prestigious Pride in the Job award from NHBC! A celebratory BBQ & Presentation was held at the site to thank the hardworking operatives for their dedication. 🍔

Our recent investment in three new DAF wagons has significantly boosted our capacity by 35%, now operating with three 26-tonne wagons instead of the previous two. Not only has this upgrade enhanced our efficiency, but it has also led to a remarkable 44% reduction in emissions thanks to increased MPG.

This strategic investment marks just one of the many steps we are taking towards becoming a more sustainable and environmentally conscious company. In addition to our fleet of three large DAFs, we have welcomed a smaller addition to assist with transporting lighter loads and further reduce our environmental impact.

We are very pleased to share the news of our latest secured project, 'Our Cultural Heart,' in partnership with our new client BAM Construction. 🙌

This flagship development marks a transformative initiative for Kirklees Council, set to revitalise Huddersfield Town Centre. The comprehensive 10-year blueprint vision for Huddersfield involves the renovation of the former Queensgate Market and Huddersfield Library buildings, offering space for a vibrant food hall and a modern museum and gallery, complemented by a community-focused library, live entertainment venue, and a 350-space car park.

We are preparing to commence refurbishment works of the historic Queensgate Market in the coming months and through early 2025. We are honoured to be part of this transformative project and look forward to sharing more updates about this exciting project with you.
