We are delighted to be supporting Vistry Group on this new £25m contract to build 104 homes in Stockport for later living housing association Anchor.
The housebuilder will construct 87 independent living apartments and 17 two-bed extra care bungalows as part of the extra care development. It will also create communal spaces, guest accommodation and landscaped gardens.
Our remit is to undertake External Perimeter scaffolds including the Balconies along with a fully boarded internal birdcage solution for constructing the internal heavy duty masonry walls & for fall protection whilst constructing the floor plates. As you can see from the images Layher scaffolding isn’t just for straight runs!
